Does Political Satire Actually Make a Difference?

Weeks ago I published a blog post about John Oliver and the fantastic ways in which he tells stories during his television show.

Shows like Oliver’s often times garner large amounts of attention, but often times it’s audience has conformational views on the topics Oliver discusses. The question then becomes, do segments like Oliver’s actually make a difference.
